To protect both creators and brands, all contracts, deliverables, and payments must happen through IF Media Connect. Off-platform transactions:
- Are not covered by our dispute process
- Violate our Terms of Service
- May result in account suspension
If a brand or creator asks you to move off-platform, decline and report them.
